We help each other when we can and work together to get the listings sold. My listings have ranged from $55,000.00 to $1,300,000.00. I work with many 1st time home buyers. There is no nicer feeling then to walk away from the closing table knowing that you helped someones dream come true. I have also found many rentals for families that were in transition...relocating heere or family changes, then when the time was right I was able to help them find a home to call there own. I have sold many horse farms also....which I feel I have a good knowledge of since my involvement with horses. I would say my best trait for being a REALTOR® is my ability to listen. to either a buyer or a seller I will listen to what you have to say. I then take what I hear & search for a home for you, or use what you may have to say to market your home. Listening is the most important assist that a REALTOR® can have. With all that is going on with the economy, marketing a listing and educating a buyer is really important. Being in the Indianpolis Indiana, the market is different then other areas in the news.
